Catan.  I went collector crazy with it and own all the expansions and extensions for it too, just like Carcassonne.  It doesn't have as many expansions as Carcassonne, but they tend to be more expensive.
I've been looking up everyone's favourites as they are shared and blimey. I had absolutely zero clue how many Catan expansions there were. I knew there was the base game and like 4 or 5 expansions I've seen in the shops. But the Wikipedia page was endless. Really surprised.
Dominion is now the second favourite of 3 people. It's a clear winner so far (not that it's a competition).

Thanks for that. Very helpful. Have you decided where you are ordering your copy from yet? Ill probably try the one suggested yesterday, but still trying to ensure ill actually like it.

Hey all,

Strongly considering placing an order for the new Zamek game and expansion from Poland. But been looking at some reviews and gameplay videos and kinda concerned as to whether i'll like the game due to my ocd and liking everything to match. Does anyone else with this kind of OCD own Zamek or the Castle and have some input on this? My concern (which may be obvious) is the fact that other than roads it appears anything can attach to anything rather than having a consistent flow of objects that match.
Fell like i'm constantly going to be wanting to have things match perfectly. Can doing this work in the game or do you have to get used to tiles not matching. Is it easy to get used to tiles not matching up?
Any input would be greatly appreciated, but especially from anyone who may feel the same as me but has had an opportunity to play the game anyway. Thanks.

Bonus Question: I've heard a lot of reviewers say its better than base Carcassonne. Do you agree or no? And if so what makes it better, because nothing has been jumping out at me.

Carcassonne South Seas for me!
That's counted as part of number one.  :D Number two has to come from outside the Carcassonne Series.

Been quite the diversity in games, been interesting learning about everyone's favourites. Quite a few I've never hear of myself. The idea of Fluxx sounds particularly interesting with the goals and gameplay changing throughout the game. So far Dominion seems to be the second favourite with two votes.

Good find. Cheaper prices and shipping. However, I can't seem to find the base game of Zamek on their store. Do they not carry it? I need both—my copy of The Castle is in long-term storage and I prefer the new art anyway.

Did you ever find somewhere you were able to order these from? I'm kind of interested here in Australia, but so far had the same sort of luck as you. Wondering if you had any kind of success yet?
No, none at all. And I’d love to still get them.

Had you already tried it here:

Total cost (games + shipping) with all payment methods except paypal:
Total: $47.31 (US Dollars)

Just had a look and it looks good to Australia. The website is very familiar, but I feel it had some problem last time I looked at it. Maybe it's the one that didn't have the base game when I checked it out last.
Just had one quick question regarding this copy of Zamek. Does the box size match all the other Carcassonne games Carcassonne Spin Offs or is it a different size? Thanks in advance. :-D

Lets for argument sake that for everyone here, Carcassonne is their number one game. Curious to know, what is your number two?

I'd say in our household the number two favourite to play would be Ticket to Ride for sure and it's also my second favourite looking collection. But not much beats out my wife's Killer Bunnies collection in terms of number of expansions and content. Still don't know how anybody is ever going to shuffle that ridiculous amount of cards.

Just for clarification, I'm counting Carcassonne Remakes, spin offs and expansions as part of number one. Number two has to be a completely different game

I look forward to your message. And woof! That is one long explanation for why things are taking so long to arrive from DHL. I wonder if that was the case for the Advent event on Cundco. I think it took about 60 days to arrive, IIRC. I love how international media is making things seem so dire for New Zealand. It's annoying and things are certainly more expensive than usual, but it's not so bad and we are finally opening up again. Our national daily Covid cases have been sitting around 8500, which isn't awful although much worse than it was a year ago (0 except at the border).
All my orders from Cundco were between December and February. In order they took approximately 8 weeks, 3 weeks, 7 weeks, 3 weeks & 2 weeks to Australia. So some come through ridiculously slowly, but others super fast. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but I don't work in the postal sector.

Hopefully something comes up in the near future. I'll let you know if I come across anything. But been finding it ridiculously hard using google to find Polish results. Lol.

Hey everyone, Just on this page I've seen two people who look to have received original artwork Monateries of Germany and a copy of original artwork Cathedrals in Germany. Just wondering are these expansions available somewhere or have they just been tracked down second hand?
Thanks! Had to ask! :D

Sounds Like unclewill has the same thing. Maybe they just didn't care because it's a different island. I'll admit I haven't played it yet as it's only new. Just found the different colours to be a bit jarring and surprised me. I know there's been differences throughout expansions. this one just seemed a bit more obvious and thought maybe there had been a different release. Not the end of the world. Was just wondering if there was a reason for the colour mismatch that anyone knew of.

Hey everyone, Just wondering has there been any different versions or re-releases of Carcassonne South Seas? I've recently got the Friday expansion for it, but the artwork doesn't seem to quite match. Can't seem to find anything about a re-release. But maybe someone else knows something I don't know?

I quickly grabbed my first complete copy of Japanese Buildings, otherwise the Easter sale did not quite meet my expectations. Looking forward to autumn releases...

This is actually something I was wondering just earlier today... Are there specific times/month of the year to expect new expansions or re-releases like the Japanese building today, throughout the year? Only just regained my Carcassonne mojo back in December after about 8 years. Bought everything off Cundco I want over the past couple of months and just wondering what's next and what does a normal year look like in relation to Cundco releases/sales?

Thanks!  ;D

Cundco currently has the new tuckboxes available:
https://cundco.de/en/accessories/443/tuckbox-set-3.0?c=36
They also have the large and small tuckboxes individually, but seems to be a max of 5 in each category.

May I ask where did you get your fortune teller from? It looks great!

Gotta love it when the postman brings you free c1 mini expansions. Purchased two spielbox magazines late last year with the half and half and windroses sets. About two months later I contacted them simply asking if they had any sort of tracking or any idea where it might be or how long it would take and I just got a reply saying they would send it again. So a few weeks later I got my first sets, then today I got the resent sets show up in the mail.  :D

Does anyone else get really bent up orders from Cundco? Two out of my four orders have been so bent up that the tiles are all crooked and out of shape. Got the Count Tableau and that has a big crease down the middle of it. Getting a bit disappointing as I get so excited about these expansions coming and then they have to spend a week between a clamp trying to get them back into shape. Just wondering if many others have this same issue? My love of the postman has lessened a little of late! Lol.
