Congratulations from me too, and congrats to Rich The Fish for being the only person able to beat the overall winner of this league. You certainly had to beat some tough opposition on your way to victory Jacobo, which is made all the more amazing by the fact that you don’t even own it!

Chuck and myself finally arranged our last game.

The first half was dead even, with one getting ahead, and then the other of us evening the score.
At about 3/4 time, I managed to get in the big farm, and then steadily defended my placement by surrounding my meeple.

It was a tight game. After Andrew got 20 Points ahead and placed his farmer, I had problems getting up to him.
At least, I was able to close some 2 tile cities and small roads. And at least one cloister!
He tried to sneak onto "my" farm, but the tiles were in my favor. He got in the big unfinished city with a tower city tile, so I was able to take his meeple with my last tile.
Stealing meeples was mostly done by myself, but we were very cautious with placing meeples, so we hadn't much opportunities to steal each others.
