hello, I have a question, I played the wheel of fortune, when the plague came out, I explained that the followers that can be removed, do not include the builder or pig or shepherd, so they could not be removed, is that correct? thank you very much for the help

Correct

Only followers can be removed. Followers are figures that allows you to claim a feature (except the barn that is not a follower even if it is used to claim a feature).

But if you remove the last of your follower in a city or road that contained your builder, then the builder is also automatically removed (not due to the plague, but due to the fact that there isn't any follower in the feature with the builder).
Same for the pig: if you remove the last of your followers in a field containing your pig, then the pig is automatically removed.
