thats quick delivery then! But yeah, they've probably forgot. Emailing them is usually the best option, and just wait. I've had before that something (small) was missing. When i emailed them and offered to place another order for them to include it in, they just send it separately, without me making extra costs. I've just checked and they've already send out my order to! I hope they've included the tile in mine

I'm assuming they havent put any Spiel '17 tiles with any orders before the 23rd.

I've just gone through the rules, and no rule changes found as far as i can see.
The most interesting is the back of the pamflet with the explanation of how it works with other expansions.
Most are very straight forward, but these i found interesting (though i dont see them as rule changes):
- You can only place a bridge on a Circus tile (10th expansion) if there are no meeple artists on it
- You can place the Mayor in a castle, but it won't get any points (as there's no shield in the castle)
- Cloisters and Shrines with a vineyard generate the extra points to a castle as well.
- Castle gives a farm with a pig 5 points
- Castles generate 1 point more than other cities when a farm with a farmer or barn is scored (as well as when a farmer is scored when a barn is placed)
- Castles do not count as cities when counting cities for the King
- Meeples in a castle receive points for a Circus tent scoring (as long as the castle is in the surrounding tiles)
- A meeple pyramid does not activate scoring for a castle
- If you place a tile with a bazaar on a project with your builder, you pick the tiles for the double turn after the bazaar round.
- If, during the bazaar round, you place a dragon tile, the dragon moves. After that, the bazaar continues

It doesn't say you have to order one of those.
It says that with any order for over € 17, you get a Spiel '17 tile, while stocks last.
And for the packages it's also while stock lasts.
Google/Facebook translation isn't ideal, I found it easier to understand in German

Just received their newsletter that explains it in English :
Additionally, everyone who orders anything worth 17€+ (before shipping costs), gets the famous „Spiel17“ tile from Carcassonne on top!
All this is possible as long as the stock lasts but ultimately ends at December the 10th.

According to their message, it will be added to every order over €17 (excl. Shipping) while stock lasts. I've placed an order as well, and assume they add it to the order

I saw their email regarding the new full sets in new colours, and will want to look to order some stuff, but we can all save a bit if we order together?

My Cundco order came today! Couple of nice little thingys, and I was most looking forward to the 8th expansion in the new art, and of course the Market of Leipzig! If anyone has got the watermark as vector file set me know btw, so I can make a separator for in my storage

this bit is stated in the News section of the Cundco website, where they look forward to the Spiel in Essen.
They will not have the limited edition for sale via the Cundco website. They where available at Leipzig and Essen and will not be on the webshop.
The retail version of the expansion is available though.

Samuel has informed me that due to logistic problems, he is unable to claim cardcassonne from sincerely.
He instead will be claiming the windroses 1 from my offer (as we're both UK, it's a bit easier)

Thanks Willem - it looks a bit confusing but I'm sure we'll get it when we play later! 
The rules can be found online, there are official variants to them as well. The top 2 tiles and meeple are the school expansion. I had a spare so I put that in as well. It's a nice little extra expansion. Enjoy!

PayPal is fairly easy to set up, as I expect there will be a lot of extra costs on an international transfer for whaleyland... If needed, I can act in between (in between the in between), and make a iban transfer to ratz if whaleyland makes a PayPal transfer to me

Fortunately for Willem, my time machine's not working today and thus I will suffer no temptation to try to rewrite history and beat him to the crop circles. (Although I do suspect that Willem's own time machine must have played a part in my failure to get there first in the prime timeline. Also, which one of you time-traveling pranksters took my banana bread?)
Well actually, i traveled back to claim Carcassonne Le Sac from Dan's Spare Bits Giveaway 2021, but my time machine malfunctioned, so i was send back too far. As i have to wait now for that to come, i figured i could use this time to get my hands on some other stuff. Never thought i would be able to get so many old things, as the market of leipzig and spiel tiles! They are soooo rare in my time

i would say that if an empty cloister is completed, this does not count for the Bookbinder Quarter. The rules state that this only counts for if one is scoredCompleting an empty cloister does not score them. And i agree with you regarding the scoring by an abbot, as it is no scoring for a completed cloister
