The problem I see is the same one that Meepledrone comments: if the Spiel 20 and Spiel 21 tiles are already printed, little could be done except release a different commemorative tile. 

However, it would be a good idea if it could be done, that from now on, the Spiel tile of each year had a drawing on the most representative theme of each year, instead of something merely random. In this way it would happen a bit like with the postage stamp collections, that seeing them the main events of each year are known.

That sums it up nicely! I think this COVID-19 tile is a great idea, and having a commemorative one each year
