Granted, but they will only exist in German, and to prevent mistranslations all publishers have to use the orignal text.

I wish for Carcassonne für 2 to be republished, with expansions.

Yep. When I saw the bold "17 tiles" I thought it might just be a typo (who hasn't mistyped a number) but it became clear what had happened with the mention of two lakes and a double-sized tile.
Glad to know it's not just me that got this

My shiny new copy of the base game arrived, with it new-and-improved source and lake tiles. Reading the rules though it looks like I should have a few more tiles in the box
