I have finished the comparsion of the rules 2013 to 2012 for:
Mini 2 - Depeschen (mini 2 - the Messages)

There is no change in the rule itself (how to play) there are more clear words what is meant in the rule...
More information follows... but first I have to look for the differences in the other minis - the German versions.
After that I will look at the English rules and into the CAR.
Perhaps the CAR would also need a rule update...

The rule version 2013 for the mini-box included the changes from the BigBox4 rules.
Exception:
The BigBox4 has in the text for example 2 the old version of the mini box version 2012.
The BigBox4 uses a different landscape tile in the example 2 (BigBox4 - page 10 - English rule book).

This change is only important for the German rule, because it changed only a writing mistake.

The BigBox4 has included some more rules if playing with ohter expansions (BigBox4 - page 11 - English rule book).
These extended rules are not in the mini box version 2013, because there is not much room for more text paragraphs.

I made a small adjustment to the CAR rules of the Messages, following the clarification to Message #1 made in the new German rules. The CAR rules for Minis #1 and #3 are okay to my eyes, so I made no changes to those.

The rule version 2013 for the mini-box (page 1) is new that means this change doesn't included in the BigBox4 rules.
This change is only important for the German rule, because it changed only a writing mistake.
The rule version 2013 for the mini-box (page 2) is included in the BigBox4 rules.

The BigBox4 has included an example for scoring the gold pieces at the end of the game (BigBox4 - page 12 - English rule book).

The new rule in the mini-box version 2013 for the robbers:

At the final scoring all the robbers get 3 points if they still stand on the scoring board.
Then the robbers go back to all players supply.

I'm barely keeping up with kettlefish's grueling pace ;), but everything to this point in the thread is accounted for in the upcoming S-CAR v6.4. The release of the new CAR is so close I can smell it (although that might just be my computer overheating).

In the German rule from 2013 (since 2010) we have an example for the magic portal.
Also text of the rules is different than the original rules from 2005 and 2007.
The German BigBox rules follows the text like the rule from 2013 instead of the word "Wenn" ("If") at the beginning of the rule paragraph.

I have finished some of the rules for the princess.
In the newest expansion rule of 2013 is the clear definition of the princess and her special realationship to one follower for the fairy points. Each of the three effects have now an own overheading.
The rules of the BigBoxes 1-3 are all the same but the rules of the BigBoxes have more the stats like the expansion version of 2010.
I have to look what are the differences between the BigBox3 rules and the newest version of the expansion rule (version 2013).

The interesting is following:
Last year at Spiel 2012 in Essen I had the first direct talk with Georg Wild and Christoph Tisch about clarifications of rules.
And all what we talked there is now included in the new rules version 2013. >:D

I think not yet. ZMG has the old rules.
I called with HiG that even they have not all the newest rules at their homepage online.
When I called with Moritz about their rules - it was before I checked the rules for the princess and the dragon.
Especially obervet has found out that ZMG has the old rules.
I found that ZMG has the old rules for the tower for example.
