If someone could come and host the game between Chooselife and I, it would be greatly appreciated! We are in the chatroom now. Thanks!

Many thanks to Dan, for popping up just to host the game, merit for you. :(y) :(y)

What a game from Jéré. I thought I was doing a fair game until I checked and with more or less 30 tiles to go I was already trailing by 30plus points.
Scoring the big city alone by using my Abbey helped closing the gap but even then 49points is a big a quite big gap  :o.

Sorry, I've been busy in the last few hours, but now I present you the screenshot of the game I played against Andrew the Ambo this morning (or evening for Andrew).
Andrew had the lead from the beginning to (almost) the end, I took the lead for the first time at the best moment: with my abbey tile at the end of the game.
I had lucky draw at the end: if the last two tiles had come in different order, I would have probably lost the game. (Andrew's last tile was the RRRR with a cloister in the middle. It's on the right side.)
The final result is:

Andrew the Ambo vs Leven 181:188

I see, you got the field cloister, which would have enabled him to connect his farmer to your barn, worth 10 points. (Plus the option to place a monk for 5 points.)

Exactly. However, I could score more points by the RRRR cloister tile than Andrew could since I still had the wagon in my supply. I suppose scoring 8 points would have been possible for me (by completing a 4-tile long road and then moving the wagon to the cloister). Moreover, if Andrew had connected his farmer to my barn's farm then another city would have bordered that farm in the end, and therefore my barn could have scored additional 4 points. So I suppose the final result could have been somewhere around draw then.

I've seen the option with the wagon-cloister-combo for you, but missed the fact, that another farm would have been connected to your barn. However, your field cloister gave you 6 points as well, so you would have gained +2 points for the cloister and +4 points from the barn, while Andrew would have gotten +16, and therefore won by 3 points.

So, I can put the loss down to the luck of the draw? Must say it was an intense game and I really enjoyed it.

But Andrew also received some (3) points from the RRRR cloister tile he drew, so that should also be substracted from his side I think.

You're right. I thought about subtracting the points from the farmer, which he would have connected to the barn, but forgot the other one, so in fact, it would have been a tie.
