Hej Yellow,
but you must learn me / us the same in swedish  ;)
We can make a vocabulary and phrase lesson.

By the way: a few years ago I had some swedish lessons at an evening school for adults (folkhögskola).
But meanwhile I forgot most or better to say nearly all things, because I didn't used the language in the meantime (made other holidays not in Sweden).
So it will be good to refresh some things.
After 5 years I was in Sweden again for two weeks this summer, but just used some small phrases I remember. Had no time to refresh my swedish before.
Yes, it's a shame ...  :'(

Yes we do.

I forgot a vital part of my post, hence the post got interpreted wrong! Oops. I forgot to put out a question if any of you know a few phrases in German regarding football that I can use when we play.

Your mentioned phrases are something like the following in german:
pass me the ball = pass den Ball zu mir  ... or ... spiel den Ball zu mir
pass left = passe links ... or ... spiel links

Tomorrow I will ask some colleagues who are still playing football.   ;)
My football-time is long ago. I could mention some, but I think I forgot a lot. ???

What about "Du stehst im Abseits!" ("You are standing offside!") or "Das war eine Schwalbe!" ("This was a dive!").

Maybe you also want to talk about shots against the bar: "Was für ein Lattenschuss!" ("What a shot against the bar")

Last but not least "Schiri, wir wissen wo dein Auto steht!" is always worth a laugh. ;)
("Referee, we know where your car is standing!")

LOL!

The referee phrase was hilarious! Sadly can't use it, as I am sort of the ref in the field. We don't  have one officially but I am the only one able to keep score when we play.

We have started implemented many official rules this year successively. Now that we have a real field with real goal and lines it helps. Only drawback is the high fence on one of the longer side which many players tend to use as a bouncing wall that clearly ruins the game.

Else we do have penalty shots, corner kicks and such. Really, the only thing that is missing, is the offside rule which is kinda hard to determine without anyone off the field keep track of this.

Pass me the ball is something I will practice on! I keep yellow yelling PASSEN HIER! currently.
