If a piece with a tower is placed completing a feature but allowing a capture of the meeple therein, is the feature scored?
E.G.: I have a meeple on a city. My husband places a piece that completes my city. He is able to capture my meeple. Do I score the city? Or do I score nothing?
I couldn't find anything in the rules that addressed this possibility clearly. It makes sense that I should score nothing.

Since the meeple is removed before the scoring phase, the removed meeple will not score.

Just save it as a pdf and look at it on a tablet or phone. It is searchable then as well. No paper!
