Whaleyland is not from “Down Under”, he just lives there now. He is from the United States originally, if I remember correctly.

Yes, if you're going to make a bold statement like that, I expect you to follow it up with photos.

Other than the 11 spot, the images do seem to correspond to the expansions.

I throw them away. I saw a thread somewhere recently (not here) where someone turned their empty tile frames into a tile caddy, so the frames aren't necessarily completely useless, but I'm not sure what else one would do with them.

Someone asked this question on the BGG Facebook group. If you place a flying machine tile and roll a 3, and a tile exists at that location, but there is a gap in between, can the Flier go over the gap? I didn’t see any existing clarification about this on WICA, but I would imagine it to be possible.

The whole “addition of a second table” paragraph doesn’t nullify the earlier paragraph about the table being the limit. If you add a second table of equal height, the limit is extended to the second table, but the edges of the table remain a limit.
Nobody is trying to prevent anyone from having fun. At the end of the day, you can play with whatever house rules you want. KJW has house rules for all of the games in his personal collection and he is a big proponent of making house rules. That being said, there needs to be some sort of defined standard from which to deviate. That’s what has been captured on Wikicarpedia.

No luck in North Texas finding this on 'release' date of January 6th. Called 2 local games stores that I've bought from before and they were clueless...

Can confirm that the French version is being released in Canada within the next few months. I’ve already got a preorder in. We’re just waiting for the container to arrive from Europe.

I don’t think you can look at this as a question of A vs B. I would assume that you will need to do the whole BGG thing, and the question becomes whether to do your own community in addition. My answer to that question would be yes.
Also, if you need any assistance with anything, I’m not far away. I’ve got some game ideas of my own that might need a publisher some day.

HiG is in business to make money. If they feel that reprinting an expansion won’t be profitable, they don’t do it.

I continue to be shocked at how many I’ve gotten wrong.

I didn’t expect to do well, but I’m surprised to be doing so poorly.
