Today, new items were added to the Cundco Autumn 2022 section!
A new Mini expansion, called The Bets has been announced:

According to Cundco: "With this mini-expansion you place bets on how many tiles a road or a city will consist of upon completion. Influence these areas in your favor and get the extra points."
And a special Ukraine Promo 2022 tile as well!

Proceeds from this tile will go to the charity of Ukraine. The tile does not come with additional rules, but it can be used as an Inn when using I&C, and/or as (shield) Crop Circle when using the Crop Circles.

The Bets is very likely to be just like every other mini expansion, so with a very wide availability.
The Ukraine Promo is said (on the Cundco listing) to be in limited quantity, available at Essen and the rest on Cundco. I expect them to be similar in availability as the Spiel tiles usually are.

Early thoughts:
The Bets expansion sounds really cumbersome and I can already picture the cans of worms it will open. ::)
The Ukraine promo tile is beautiful and the two rules are great! :(y)

Let's wish that The Bets will not have hard to guess inter-expansions interactions.

From what I can gather from the shop page, you're placing bets on what a feature will be worth when completed, so I think the interactions should be not terrible.

The Carcassonne - Ukraine-Plättchen will be available at 14th Oktober just like the Ukraine maps.

Good question, the 2021 promo tile was for sale the 29th of november at the CundCo store.

As far as I remember, you had to buy something for 20 € and you could buy these for 0.01 € in addition.
But only 1x per order and household.
These were gone very very quickly.

In 2020 there was no Essen Spiel due to COVID. So HiG try to sell everything prepared for Essen over cundco.de

Willem, I assume your haul means that people are allowed to buy multiple Ukraine tiles? Will there be enough for Cundco!? I have yet to miss an exclusive tile from Hans im Glück (though I will forever regret not getting the third and fourth Russia promos).

35€ on eBay (https://www.ebay.de/itm/165712002662) for the Ukraine tile. I really don't understand this policy. It's a charity tile, it doesn't make sense that they only sells a limited amount of copies, only to a limited group of people able to be in the only one place on Earth where you can find it. You want to keep (for some reason I don't understand) the Essen tiles rare and unfindable? Ok. But don't do the same for a f*****k charity tile. I'm baffled.
And don't hit me with the "but they'll be available on CundCo from October 14". They'll be available for like 3 hours before they'll run out.

Thanks for the update Willem! Let's hope the numbers are indeed high. But I have to agree that making a charity tile explicitly limited is a strange choice. The other charity items in the past were not limited.

Man, I 200% agree with you but I'm not travelling to Germany just for one tile. Solution to avoid scalpers? Don't make the tile limited AT ALL.
I trust you and I'm sure they'll print many tiles and they will be easy to find on Cundco even on 15th of October but why should I be worried they will not? Print AS MANY tiles as there's people that want them and 1) make everyone happy 2) do a lot more charity and 3) prevent scalpers to profit.
The concept of limited printing is nonsense in this case.

Well. As you can see. C2 were started in 2014.
Ghana tiles - School expansion in C1 is still available and not sold out.
8 years after releasing C2.
So iunderstand that hig don't want to print maybe 10000 tiles if they can not predict how much of tiles will be sold.

10X 3€ tile provides better granularity than 3X 10€ tile, so the potential supporters have more options on how much to spend. Also 10€ for a single tile is kind of a lot for the primary market, even if it is for charity purposes. From the point of the buyer, it is still a normal product.

I woke up every hour last night (Quebec Hour) to be sure not to miss anything :P I will try again when they announce the 'Christmas sale' with the spiel '22 tile. Shipping was too high to take the Ukrainian Map for now but I still get the Bet mini-expansion and 3 Ukraine tiles :-) Great day to everybody!

I did the same (one Ukraine tile for me and one for exchange, in case).

I ordered all of the maps (except USA that I already own), last yeard adding a map made the shipping costs a lot higher, but today adding the maps only increased the shopping costs from 19 to 21 Euros (to Switzerland) :yellow-meeple:

I've only got the US maps, so today I got all the rest, including Ukraine and Taiwan, plus 3 Ukraine tiles (two for myself and one to pass on in case someone here in North America misses out), the Bets, and some other minis that I hadn't gotten around to buying to make the 80 euro (!) shipping to the US worth it

Shipping to USA is terrible.
Ukraine Map €7.99 + Shipping €49.95 = €57.94
Ukraine Tile €3.00 + Shipping €9.95 = €12.95
The Bets €6.99 + Shipping €11.45 = €18.44
Ukraine Tile & The Bets €9.99 + Shipping €11.45 = €21.44
Ukraine Map & Tile & The Bets €17.98 + Shipping €49.95 = €67.93
I will probably have to pass on these for now.
It used to be €3.95 shipping to USA for most mini expansions and €29.95 shipping for maps or larger items.
On the other hand, with 5 copies of both Ukraine items plus 1 copy of The Bets keep the €49.95 shipping. If there was 4 others that wanted to order them together it would be €9.99 shipping each plus local shipping to distribute

Still, it is a little expensive, @Mikeagan. The last time we ordered something in batch, the shipping within the US was around $9 plus those triangular tubes sold by USPS.
I contacted cundco asking for a different shipping company or different rates, but they argued that the high price is because of the insurance and tracking. This is not completely true based on my experience. When I bought my UK and Benelux maps, the package was missing, and DHL just said: "we cannot do anything about it."
Maybe trying to contact again cundco to push a little to change the delivery company could be better in the long run.

The map isn't happening for me. I'll probably bite the bullet for the Bets and the Ukraine tile if it is still available during the advent promotion.
The US maps showed up in Boardgame Geek's market, so maybe the Ukraine one will too.

Not only is that more than the price of the tiles I bought, but that's over double what the shipping price used to be, and it sounds like they are still using the same national postal service to deliver it. I was going to buy Mists Over Carcassonne off Cundco when they got English copies back in stock, but now I think not.

It costs just under €60 to ship a map to New Zealand regardless of what else is in the package, so I am waiting until December's Advent event to order everything. I've got two maps to order (Taiwan and Ukraine), the English Mists of Carcassonne (if it's back in stock), the Ukraine tile, The Bets, and a number of random meeples, scoring tiles, scoring flags, etc. As long as at least one map is in the order, the shipping price doesn't change for me, which is why it makes sense to order them all together. My only real concern is that the Ukraine tile will be out of stock or that something else I want to order will be gone by then (it happens almost every year).

I don’t expect English editions of Mists to restock at HiG. Asmodee is responsible for distribution of English editions.

Don't you worry my friend, I'm sure some of the people who got 3/5/10 tiles at the Essen event (for """"charity"""" and nothing else, of course) will be very glad to solve your problem, by selling you one yes at 49,99£ but plus just the minimum shipping, or simply offering you a fair trade (just a KJW-signed edition of The Market of Leipzieg maybe, or just one copy of the 2018 Limited Special Edition in exchange for the tile).

Good spot! I guess they've made so many, and as they have already reached their goal and provided the (financial) support for the NGO come back alive charity, they feel comfortable selling the remaining stock for a lower price

Maybe there are other pressure to them (Hobby World?) who knows. It's look likes, the investments were returned. So there is no reason to sell them quickly.
