ebay trader sells CornCircles II as a punched sheet

<< < (3/3)

Fritz_Spinne:
Left and bottom edge are cut, is that right?

Carcatronn:
Yep

wamboyil:
Ah, I did not even think about the Big Box 4. I see the image above that Carcatronn posted, plus I found this image at BGG:

I can see now why two of the edges of my 6-tile were jaggedly cut, and where they came from. The thing that still frustrates me is that the seller never told me where the tiles came from. I asked him three times for more details about the source of the tiles, and all he kept saying was "these are official from hans im Gluck". He never gave any more details than that. If he would have simply said "these were cut from the 7 x 5 tile sheets in the new Big Box 4 set", the matter would have been resolved easily. Once again, in HIS defense, I should have asked about all of this before I paid for the tiles, but in MY defense, he did show an image of the rules sheet from CC1, and he didn't explain the source of these tiles. Well, I'm going to still try and get a refund, and it's been a lesson learned for me.

Sekim:
So the tiles are original after all. Then I wouldn't make a fuzz about it anymore. Or are there any other issues with it ?  I don't know who you bought it from, but maybe the sellers first language isn't English and he just tried to keep the answers as short as possible ?

Whaleyland:
Woah! Weird. Wasn't expecting that to come out of left field. Okay, so they are legit? I thought the texture of the tiles was off a bit. Anyway, you still deserve a refund because you ordered Corn Circles I and he gave you Corn Circles II. He delivered the wrong product to you. But it's good to know the tiles are legit. Now the seller just has to reword their item for future use to reflect that the tiles are coming from Big Box 4.
