Differences in style between C2 and C3

Just received my C3 german cathedrals. Nothing new but again the tiles from C2 and C3 are basically the same with VERY minor differences, totally different from the very huge jump between C1 and C2. I wonder if at the end of this run (i.e. before a C4 shows up in the future) we're gonna get a lot of expansions that will look basically the same. I haven't opened my german monasteries but from what I saw it's the same. C3 really isn't "remarkable" to me when cities are not involved.



German monasteries are particularly guilty of this: they basically just added some dirt around the buildings and slightly darken the colour.

Regarding the Liepzig markets expansion, well... the update is more noticeable because of all the city sections (I don't like how C3 handles cities, I kinda hate clipped buildings) and we also have bigger and more visible signs. The "plus number" circles are not rotated 45 degrees anymore. In the end - call me bitter I don't care  - certainly not a great difference, feels like a revamp more than a different art style.

@BBG they also changed position of watermark on one of the monasteries, so now it stands out.

Regarding Liepzig, bigger signposts are nice change, in C2 not all of the elements were rotated by exactly 45 degree, but at least It wasn't as obvious at the first glance as the monastery book is now They also changed from Berbador to some uglier font.
