I understand that the fairy being "next" to a follower grant bonus scoring only to that follower, what about the effect on the Dragon? The rule states that the dragon can't enter a tile with the fairy, does it mean that all follower on that tile whether on the same feature or others are thus protected form the Dragon?
Another question, if a follower is eaten by the Dragon the pig or builder, if in play are removed, but if the dragon eats the pig or builder but not the follower (it being out of reach on another tile), does that follower stay in play albeit without it's pig or builder?

Yes!
A follower without pig or builder stays on the tile, but a pig or builder can't stay alone on a feature.
