Should be available today for a game or two!

I can probably play you this evening. It would have to be quite late though, about 10pm UK time. Is this too late for you?

That's around midnight for me, I guess? Should be fine!

Urgh, Dan. Something came up. I MIGHT be able to make it but not sure. Check one time in the chatroom at the agreed hour. If I'm not there, I couldn't make it.

Sorry for the inconvenience again. This weekend I'll be available a couple of hours each day.

Thanks for the game Valheru!

Despite the scores, it felt like a pretty close game throughout that could have gone either way if the tiles had been different. Valheru put up a valiant effort but I was able to block a couple of his farmers and managed to hang on to the main farm. Additionally, he was unlucky with the tower pieces whereas I always seemed to draw them just when I needed them and always managed to capture his meeples. This meant he had a lot of buying back to do with gave me another slight edge overall!

Thanks again for the game Valheru! I'm sure you'll do well in the rest of the competition if you can keep this standard up! :) :(y)

What a close game that was! I felt I had the edge at some point but the game can be deceiving.

Oh yeah, so that's what happened!

In all seriousness, thanks very much for the game Valheru. I know everyone always says it (even myself when I'm being sarcastic), but it really did feel like a close game mostly and it wouldn't have taken much for the end result to have been very different! You're a great opponent and I wish you all the best against khalid and zone2! :) :(y)

Second image posted by Valheru is the one you should use for the x-score list.   (101-55 for Dan).

Thank you Jéré.

Here are the x-score lists  for the T-league - groups E1 E2 E5 and final E3.
In group E4 the players didn't played any game yet.

E5
Last game for me in this league:

Jéré  104  -  Andrew  69

3 unplayable tiles were put aside. Not sure I had ever seen so many in a single game (can't recall). Consequence is that the player who would place the last tile changed several times during the game (and I suppose you've noticed as well how important this is with the tower expansion!). Andrew was the starting player so with an odd number of tiles put back in the box I had the chance to play the last tile.

Thanks for the game Andrew and good luck for your last game!

E2
Khalidq  :red-meeple: 96
Valheru  :green-meeple: 73

I really wanted to break my keyboard over this one. What a frustrating game. Can't even begin to describe the turning points, essential plays etc...

Point is that Khalidq held on during the whole game, played magnificently and beat me right at the buzzer (+-8 tiles left). I was out of tiles/meeples or opportunities to counter him.

Congrats KhalidQ

My luck really turned in this league..

I wanted to break my keyboard over this one. Beyond frustrating. Can't even begin the describe the turningpoints/essential plays/etc...

Point is that Khalidq held on during the whole game, played magnificently and took the lead right at the buzzer (+-8 tiles left). By that time I was out of opportunities to act.

This game was so intense.  I had a really bad start.  I just couldn't touch Valheru as he built feature after feature.  The best I could do was the long road whereas he got something most turns.  The huge incomplete city in the west required careful moves to keep him from getting anything from it.  It was one of those that you have to close / kill and remove your opponents meeple in the same move - heartbreaking to see so many points go to waste.  The end game had two surprises.  First, I was lucky to complete both the two south east cities after Valheru separated them with the split CCFF tile to prevent me glomming on, giving me points and adding to the farm.  Second, the central farm changed hands several times with 21 points at stake and I finally was able to own it after turning the final tower tile allowing me to remove one of Valheru's meeples.

Thanks for the game Valheru.  I think that was the hardest of the whole tournament.  Thanks everyone for playing.  I'm going to put the Tower away for a while now.

My luck really turned in this league..

This reminds me my game against jma03 in group D. I played a nearly perfect game but still, everything capsized at the end.

Don't worry too much, your torment is almost over (1 game left). I'm done with it and very happy  :D

I'm going to put the Tower away for a while now.

Same here!! ...and congrats for finishing first in group E2!  :(y)
