I've checked and the one I had was sold already. The other one, from a local store, is now gone. I'll keep a lookout case more pop up!

I also updated the original post again to be up to date and will update during the weekend with confirmed sets for sale.

Keep an eye on eBay (especially eBay Germany & eBay Netherlands - for delivery to Germany/Netherlands respectively) - I've picked up 3 Carcassonne City sets at very reasonable prices (one for me, two for friends) on both by asking if the seller will ship outside of their normal area.

PayPal outside of Sweden is probably the best option, yes. I do have one so why not.

For Swedes, bank transfer and Swish would certainly work, or meetup in Gothenburg.

If anyone is curious, you can Dial-a-Swede (yes this is a real thing - http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/04/07/473438101/call-a-random-swede-we-tried-it-out) and try to purchase Carcassonne tiles. Heck, you might even get Paul! You may want to try it soon before all of the Swedes get sick of explaining to the world that their homes were not built solely with an allen wrench.
