Title: Lost expansions?
Post by: SxN on April 06, 2021, 03:12:48 PM
Hi All,

Does anyone know what happened to the Donjon?

http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=4613.msg68343#msg68343 (http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=4613.msg68343#msg68343)

Also, same question about Carcassone (sic) Communis:

Thanks,
SxN

Unfortunately not, some people have moved on, sometimes for good reason.

I suspect if they were interested they'd come back.

I don't think it's necessarily a great idea to hunt people down for a small project they did almost a decade ago.

If they're forum members you could email or Direct message them if they enabled the service, this was their chosen method of contact.  If they chose to ignore it, or not maintain it that's their wish unfortunately.

I stumbled over the tiles of something called "Strongholds of Carcassonne" by Nutsak. Does anybody know more of it?

I have to respectfully disagree Decar. I have left different communities over time, but have always been happy to help others who reached out to me afterwards. I would wager the majority of people are happy to see something they contributed to continue on even in their absence. However, there is a fine line between reaching out and stalking! And if someone does not want to "play ball" it is best to leave it be.

That is an interesting set of tiles SxN. Was it accompanied by any rules?

No, that's all I know about it. There is a second image of the tiles, from a different angle and of lesser quality, but no other info that I'm aware of.
