I stopped by the HiG website this morning and nothing new...

It is great to see how tmuch lead team HiG gives to everyone with these express announcements...

Will they be officially announcing C3?

I was checking last night the BB v3.0 (BB7) rules and all the tiles are listed as V3-XXX... No turning back C3 seems to be here to stay.

I just watched a Devir News video andthey mentioned Carcassonne v3.0, as it was discussed on social networks...

It will be released gradually and the game and the expansions are reprinted.

They hinted something about this early in 2021, but haven't mentioned it again until now.

they did not give many details:
- talked about the idea of helping others (I have a tile that would perfectly fit for somebody else...)
- the 2 moderators have been testing it and they said "we did...." referring to the game, so maybe team play?
- Klaus-Jürgen talked about "fog ghosts" being part of the game.... whatever he was referring to $:-\$
- it is a standalone game but at the same time it is possible to use it as expansion
