Hi Falco4you! Welcome to the forum.

To find players online, you should read Dan's FAQ Q15)

You should also consider joining our Discord server, link on the home page. A lot of folks play over on BGA now a website where there are lots and lots of other players. But we use the Discord mainly for chat. But you might find someone free for a game.  @danisthirty Is always up for a game no matter their experience.

Please negotiate your prices on the public forum.

Seems like a good time to repost an image I made back in 2015"

I think I share a similar opinion. The art for boxed Winter Edition was originally done by Anne P├Ątzke. So in my opinion the Winter edition isn't a "pseudo-C1" it's more like a "proto-C2". C2 came out a little later, after the snow melts, C2 is Carcassonne: Summer edition.

It's made more complicated because the recent release of the Winter Edition, that includes this tile with a garden, will have been overseen by Marcel Grober, the artist responsible for C3. But maybe the tiles were created earlier.

Either way, I think this tile is a nice way to show that the games are in the same place, it is Carcassonne after all.

Thanks Doom Shark, sounds like a useful tool. So I've given you a +1 merit.  it looks like I need to request access for it though; would it be possible to share it publicly?

He must have heard Aale rather than Ale. That explains it!

Happy Belated birthday again Willem.  It seems like the box was worth the wait.  I hope it's big enough!

Glad you took the time to write up all the memories, because a week later I'm already starting to forget what happened.  I'm glad to know the ladybirds didn't suck or blood to be used in sacrifice from the room ghosts.  I won't be forgetting that in a hurry!

Wonderful. You have been busy in the kitchen.  Put me down for some Pulled Porkassonne that's awesome!
I wonder what the cloister would be?

+1 from me.
