Goodmorning everyone,
I found two conflicting rule booklets about the Count of Carcassone.
- the first allows, at the end of the game, to deploy the meeples of any sector of the city of Carcassonne: on both complete and incomplete landscape elements and count them, counting their respective points
- the second, on the other hand, allows the movement and counting of points only for those in the market sector (even if the Count is above it ): therefore, the meeples of the other sectors are considered useless.
 
What is the official rule?

It is quite a difficult rule to apply correctly and it is especially difficult to explain to other players, but I understand how it works. Whenever I play I should read this post to play well in the bazaar. Thank you very much

Maybe I'm starting to understand ...
At the beginning, when A draws the first bazaar tile, does he place it, then deploy a possible meeple, count the points and then start the first auction? And when the auction is over, do you take a double shift thanks to the builder ?

If B or A still draws a bazaz during C's delayed auction, what happens? Is there a third auction?

The first case is clear.
The second case I do not understand. What is meant by second round?
Can you please give me a couple of practical examples?

When you proceed with a bazaar and the selected tiles contain one or more bazaars, do these tiles not take effect immediately (but at the end of the bazaar do you start with the next bazaars?) Or do they have no effect even when the bazaar is completed.

Doubt about the barn:
when placing the barn, are the farmers present to be retired:
- before the dragon moves (then in phase 4)
- or after the dragon moves (phase 6)?

When joining an area with farm and barn to another without a barn, do the farmers return to the reserve:
- at that moment (in phase 4) when placing the barn?
- or do they go back to the reserve in phase 7, after scoring?

Being the dragon's move in stage 5, the answer to the question impacts widely on the scoring.

When you draw the volcano tile the dragon it is placed on it. The only movement of the wood that can be done is that of the fairy.
On some sources I have read instead that a piece of tower or a meeple on the tower or a barn can be placed.
What is the official rule?
