Why don't you buy them?

Due to the fact that I live in Russia and I'm a little poor student ... And we haven’t gotten much of your add-ons for this reason I just want to print it out for myself

Hello _Guide_ and welcome to the site! :) :(y)
The problem with your question is simply that HiG (the German publishers of Carcassonne and its expansions, and who effectively "own" it) are a business. They keep themselves in business, by selling games to people like you and me and that money gets invested back into creating new expansions for Carcassonne and other exciting new games. If they were to allow people to simply print off their games for free then this is exactly what everyone would do. Nobody likes spending money when they don't have to! And pretty soon, HiG would have no money left and there would be nobody to keep the world of Carcassonne running for us.
There are places where you can play Carcassonne online, on a computer, for free. I often play at www.boardgamearena.com although there are also free implementations of the game that can be downloaded such as JCloisterZone (http://jcloisterzone.com/en/).
I hope this makes sense and doesn't seem too unfair to you. One advantage to being in Russia is that you may have access to some of the exclusive Russian promo tiles that have proved very popular with a lot of Carcassonne completionists around the world. I believe they were given away at previous national championships, but may still be available. If you can get hold of a couple of sets of those I'm sure you wouldn't struggle to find someone who would swap you for a Carcassonne set including some of those expansions you've listed!
Good luck.

I'm not sure being little is a reason either :o

Printing it on your own is much more expensive than buying it. At least in my country.

And that's why they sell blank tiles. It makes perfect sense. It was logical reasoning.
