+1 point at the start of turn
+3 points for a 5 long road with witch (2.5 rounded up)
+3 points for the tower and +1 for the shed
+3 points for scoring the fairy

Assuming the blue meeple is on the church (and that the church has at least one more missing tile):

4 points for abbot, (figure, not feature, scoring alterations do not apply) (+any amount of the occupied spaces not shown)

7 length road -3 modify: 4 points

scoring alteration applies to amount of meeple, not the scoring itself. 6 tile city, 1 COA, thus 14 Points

If we take the Recommendation of flipping a meeple in a church on it's side, in other words, assume the blue meeple is in the City it changes to
