Three days or so is okay... They are 14 hours ahead from you. You can simply ask politely if they have all they info they need for the shipping, and by the way, if there is any target date as you may be traveling on and off shortly... for example

Thank you, @Decar! Much appreciated.

The shipping to the UK was a bit eventful and required some extra actions due to the Brexit situation... But in the end, everything was sorted out sucessfully.

I was a bit surprised how easy it went on this side, given all the paperwork you went through. But I guess it was all that paperwork that helped to get it done smoothly and quickly

Update inquiry email sent to Swan Panasia. I feel it was a balance between polite and assertive...I mean it has already been three weeks since I ordered and paid. Hopefully we get an answer by the end of the week -
