On the site 2dehands.be I suddenly came across a non-official expansion, Carcassonne Antwerp. Has anyone heard of this expansion?

Never heard of it before.

How many tiles does it have? The picture seems to show 9 tiles.

It's look like big picture devided to 9 tiles.
Interesting on these tiles is, that they fit to standard tiles, and river flowing in city is hidden bellow streed on edges.

Contacted the person and they are just tiles with no game rules. They are just extra tiles with images of Antwerp on them that you mix in your stack.

Hey, kinda offtopic, but, what are the cliff/rock looking things? In the link there are high-res image of the tiles and they have wheels, and look like medieval cranes. DOes anyone know?
