Indeed. Though the one on ebay might be a leftover offer from the time he was selling here (he was selling the same tiles on multiple platforms), so you might want to check with him if he still has an extra copy or not.

I would assume that fee is the paypal fee, which could vary depending on delivery fee?

This is paypal fee (5% from transfer sum) - 8EUR. Total is 160 + 5 + 8 = 173.
