Clarification of rules - Gold Mines

Hi,
i need a clarification of rules about Gold Mines.
It's necessary had a follower in a complete features with gold bars to take it?

Correct, you need to "win" (have majority) a feature in order to collect the gold on the tile. If they are more than one completed feature from two different players, you take turn to take a piece of gold.

CAR 6.2 - page 131:
When a feature is finished and there are one or more pieces of gold on the tiles of that structure, these gold pieces are awarded. The player with the majority of the completed structure receives all gold pieces from the corresponding tiles.
A road and a city include all tiles on which road segments or city segments are located. A cloister includes the cloister tile itself and all 8 adjacent tiles.

The rules from RGG, ZMG and HiG says the same (but with other words).

The rule from the CAR is the translation from the original HiG rule.
