Title: Pigs and Pig herd tile

I’m pretty sure these used to stack but looking at Wikicarpedia I’m not sure now.

Are they supposed to stack?

Yep, pigs (Exp. 2) and the pig-herd in River II (Exp. 6)  stack.

The issue is that River II is not included in full in Exp. 6, so the pig-herd clarifications were int included in Exp. 6. Exp. 2 was an early expansion and didn't include clarifications so I just closed the circle.
