In Germany this ain't rare. But in the Netherlands it is i think.
It is an official German tin box.

I was gonna say the same, have seen quote a few of these for not too much on German eBay or eBay kleinanzeigen.
But I don't remember seeing it on marktplaats, and I remember getting mine in the UK which was a bit of a rare find
