It sounds odd to me too, but they discussed this particular point on CarcF, as you can see in the thread containing the following post showing the disagreement about this particular edge case:

And, after all the debate, it made it to the final rules.

Note the original fan expansion rules assumed the dragon could not eat the Easter bunny, but this ruling was reverted in the final HiG rules (although the wording of the rules contained the incoherence I mentioned earlier).

Ok, and do you know, for that specific edge case, if we place the bunny on the dragon tile, just like if it was a bunny tile? Or does the bunny starts its phase from the tile where it stopped at the end of the last bunny phase?
If there's an answer to that, it should be added to footnote 11 too

Good point.

There is no specific clarification for this case, but the bunny is only placed or moved when an Easter Bunny tile is placed. This means that the bunny starts to move from its last position. If the bunny is not still in play or was eaten by the dragon, the Easter Bunny phase may not take place.

I extended the clarification in WICA to reflect all this. I also updated the Order of Play accordingly for this edge case.

Very edged case, 99% chance to miss it the one time it may occur out of 50 games, and very odd rule

I just realised that there is no mention of Games Quarterly 11 expansion at all on https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/River. I feel some mention is required, especially since playing with it obviously entails removing a Spring tile from one of the other expansions.

On Crop Circles page the text says: Crop Circles I was originally released by Hans im Glück in 2010.
However, in visual timeline the base game with Crop Circles I shows it being released in 2009. So shouldn't CCI be released in 2009?
Or is the date of release of the box incorrect?
