Red: 12 (3 points per tile + 3)
Blue: 3 (cathedrals only give 2points when completed, unfinished 1 point)
Green: 6 + 3 + 0 + 3 = 12
Yellow: 0
Blue: 6 (2 points per tile).

Bah! I'm still not playing with the rules that count two Halflings as separate tiles. It's just ridiculous. I'm glad I got the score right when treating that tile as one.

Kettlefish's diagrams have led me to 2 conclusions.

1.  Placing a robber rather than an archbishop is probably the better play early in the game.

2.  We won't be playing Inns with German Cathedrals.

I have a question on you:
How many points players gain at the end game?

Yellow - ? Points
Blue -? Points
Red -? Points

Blue = 0 points incomplete Inn
Red scores, 15 + 3 = 19
Yellow scores: 10 + 0 = 10

Blue = 0 points incomplete Inn
Red scores, 15 + 3 = 19
Yellow scores: 15 + 0 = 15

Surely Yellow only scores 10 points? One point for each red road segment and then one point for each segment being on an inn: 5 segments x2 =10pts
I play orange

Looks like a good one for the CAR and the rules review.

Wouldn't Red get 18 because of the bonus points yielded from the Castle? If the Inn carries on through the Tunnel, then surely Red would have the road claimed next to the Castle and so could get the bonus 3 points too
If only I had another Halfling.....

The solution for this quiz:

* Blue scores 0 points
   - Incomplete road with inn = 0 points

* Red scores 15 + 3 = 18 points
   - Completed Road German Cathedral and Inn: 5 road segments * 3 points = 15 points
   - Road ends at German Cathedral: 3 points.

* Yellow scores 10 + 0 + 1 = 11 points
   - Completed road to the east with red tunnel and inn = 5 road segments * 2 points = 10 points
   - Incomplete road to the south with blue tunnel and an inn = 0 points
   - Incomplete road to the west = 1 point (road segments on German Cathedral tile count individually)

The answer to this riddle reflected the C1 rules after the clarifications from 10/2015, where each tile was counted individually no matter its shape. This post shows this rules update for Halflings in C1, now outdated for C2:

http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=2125.msg29727#msg29727

But later, HiG provided clarifications with additional changes for C2 (overriding the latest rules for C1 and returning to the original ones from 2014). Here you can see a topic discussing the rules updates for Halflings and double-sized tiles:

https://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=5021.0

The image attached reflects both rulesets and their impact on the answer to the riddle.
