It's mainly an interesting biography about Klaus-Jürgen Wrede, and basically describes his games and the new book he's written. intermingled with some Carcassonne factoids. The second article is mainly about Hans Im Gluck's involvement; from what I could tell it's mainly about how the family run the business; my German isn't anywhere near good enough to work out what's going on.
At the bottom is a section with Sebastian Trunz, he's a very prolific Carcassonne player. He offers 5 tips:
1) Know all the Parts
2) Make your Opponent's life difficult
3) Where the Music Plays - E.g. Always know what's important
4) small animal makes a muckle! eg: basically saying small cities are good, but big cities are necessary but easier to attack
5) There is no Bad Tile.
