Hi,
Do you think it is allowed to move a follower to a volcano tile by a magic portal? I mean if the dragon isn't standing there, of course.
(It seems that it isn't possible on BoardGameArena. Is that a bug?)
I can't find the clear answer to this question either in the CAR or in the WICA. Though WICA says that "you may not place a meeple on a Volcano tile" but I assume that this sentence applies to the player who's just placed the volcano tile.
What do you think?

Same question applies to the wagon, can he move to a volcano tile? And a meeple taking flight from the plague?
I'm used to allow this, as long as the dragon isn't on that tile anymore. :yellow-meeple:

For me, it's clear.
Phase 1. Placing Tile:
Volcano tiles are placed exactly like those in the base game, except you may not place a meeple on a Volcano tile.
You may, however, move the fairy after placing a Volcano tile.
So placing meeple on Volcano tile is forbidden only in phase of placig of this tile. In all other turns it's possible to move over Magic Portal, Flier, etc. on any tile (including Volcano) except tile, when Dragon is currently placed.

Yep. When you place a volcano tile you cannot place a meeple on it (the dragon is supposed to be present at that time) but later on, when the dragon is gone, the volcano tile behaves as a regular tile so you can occupy any valid feature on it via a magic portal or a flying machine.
Something similar happens with the outbreak tiles from The Plague: you cannot occupy an active outbreak tile but when it is inactive (for good) it is like any other tile.

Thank you guys. I thought the same but wasn't sure.
It's a bug in BGA's implementation then.
