Today whilst watching the TV series WEEDS, a programme about a suburban widow who drug deals, a reference to Carcassonne was made! 

Carcassonne has made it into the big time!

I suggested to Kalinda that she should try to get it on the Big Bang Theory, but I'm not holding my breath.

Finland was mentioned in Big Bang Theory, when Sheldon was learning how to speak Finnish! =^_^=

He actually said a few phrases at Finnish as well... With a REALLY thick American accent..  ;D

In s08e13 they featured "Ticket to Ride". Let's hope Carcassonne is not far away from being featured too ::)
