Hi JT Atomico,
Would it be just 1 map?
Let's see if Swan Panasia allow us to update the order.
Yes, just 1 map for me please. That would be great, if you don't mind asking. No worries if it isn't possible. Thank you!

Meepledrone, would it be possible to add me to the new order as well? I live in the UK. I'm happy with the cost.

Thanks Meepledrone! I think I've been able to piece them together from the Google Translate now, but it will be nice when we get something official from HiG.

Has anyone translated the German rules for the map chips expansion yet?
Be patient my friend! I’ve been waiting for natural and white set of meeples soo long....
I'll take that as a no. I have run it through Google Translate to try to piece together the rules. You can find the result attached, in case that is useful to anyone! The translated PDF doesn't have any of the original formatting or images, so you may want to cross-reference it with the German rules.

Has anyone translated the German rules for the map chips expansion yet? I wasn't able to find anything around the place. Cundco has this message: (The english rules are available in a few days. Sorry for the delay!) but it's been like that for over a week now, at least, with no update.

My half memory of this (I haven't looked up the rules to cite, sorry) is that this is actually a difference between the original German rules and the English translation.
In the original German rules, the Fairy is assigned to one follower on the tile. It protects the whole tile from the Dragon, but only one follower benefits from the Fairy points.
In the English translation, the Fairy protects the whole tile and all followers benefit from Fairy points.
Can anyone confirm that? Or am I talking nonsense?

I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I like The Catapult. I think it's fun.

1. Traders & Builders (builder is the best strategic addition, trade goods for completer rather than owner is really nice) 2. The Princess & the Dragon (fun expansion with great tiles, I love eating people with dragon) 3. Inns & Cathedrals (all very interesting strategic elements) 4. The Catapult (unpopular opinion - I think the flinging element is really fun) 5. Abbey & Mayor (abbey mechanic is good but the tile is really ugly on the landscape) 6. Under The Big Top (very creative expansion but a bit overpowered for scoring) 7. Hills & Sheep (nothing special but quite fun) 8. Count, King & Cult (the count is too overpowered but I quite like the king and robber baron) 9. The Tower (too easy to remove opponent followers with no defensive options) 10. Bridges, Castles & Bazaars (I hate bazaars - slow and prone to huge over analysis)

Couldn't bring myself to wait for the chance of it coming on Cundco.

I just bought a Big Box 2017, so I now have a spare copy of the base tiles, Inns & Cathedrals and Traders & Builders in the new art (tiles only).
Free to a good home.

Your method is a little bit different, and I am not sure it corresponds to the rules of the quiz: when it is time for discard - you keep some tiles, which could be discarded on current step.
Dan's question was just: So with this thinking in mind, what's the maximum number of tiles that could be discarded in a basic game?
So I think my method is valid, since the tiles could be drawn in that order.

Here is my 53 discard game: https://imgur.com/a/ceVYPI think it's very possible that this can be improved upon, so a bit of tinkering is still in order! Great puzzle, Dan! Thanks.

Mr Numbers, does your double counting mean that you only discarded 50?
I think I have a game which discards 53, but I’ll have to play it through once more…

I own quite a few of these, but only consider the stickers a "must-have" completionist item. Mainly because they are actually useable in the main game and they were originally released in Spielbox.
Though if I could get my hands on CutCassonne I definitely would byu it…
