Hi all, I've got a contact in Europe who would be able to secure copies of the 2020 Winter Edition with river from a brick-and-mortar Mueller. If people are interested, we could have them shipped here and then distributed similar as to how we are doing with the Carcassonne Taiwan maps. So far, we've got the following that are interested: Allograft Ker42 Anyone else? -

After a great game tonight, I'm feeling an urge of completionism, or maybe just an inkling for a little new twist. I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but I would give them a good home and enjoy playing with them with my family. Would like very good condition, but I'm definitely looking for used--not new--because prices are just too high for new. I mean, new would be great, but all the folks with new seem to be profiteers. I guess that I'm the only douche bag that gives pro bono services to help make the world a better place. Alas. The bags that came with Russian Promos would be nice to have too. - PS: I just thought of a new musing for Decar: The ***. When you draw a *** tile, you've got to either roll the flier dice and give that many points to each of your opponents (which means moving your meeple backwards) or you can also give your 3rd least scoring feature to an opponent of your choice (assuming 4 or more meeples on the board). Should you have 3 or less meeples on the board, you give an opponent your highest scoring feature if they want it. Only applies to the 7 regular meeples. and the player that drew the *** tile has to exclaim "I love *** work!" Maybe light the meeple candle too if you have one.

Anybody in Lyon around July 3 to July 10 of 2022 and might be up for a game? Not sure about KFC, though. Maybe some pork scratchings though. -

Finding inspiration from Willem, might people share their gaming tables? I'm considering investing in one and would like to see what other people have, especially for megacarc -

After seeing Uncle Will's travel Carcassonne play on the train, I need one. Please let me know if you've gone one for sale. With the bag would be nice, too. Gently used is okay, it doesn't have to be brand new -

I have my tiles sleeved, but I also want to be mindful of oily, greasy fingers and spilled drinks during game play on the Trader's and Builder's tokens, the Die Pest squares, the Tunnels, etc. So, I'm thinking about getting some wooden replacements from spielmaterial.de and meeplesource. So, there's tunnels https://www.spielematerial.de/en/spielsteine/bridge.html there's barrels https://www.spielematerial.de/en/game-pieces/goods/barrel-small.html or https://www.meeplesource.com/proddetail.php?prod=Barrelsthere's wheat https://www.spielematerial.de/en/game-pieces/goods/wheat-grain-crop-reed-plant.htmlthere's fabric https://www.spielematerial.de/en/game-pieces/goods/cloth-fabric-linen.htmlthere the towers from Little Buildings https://www.spielematerial.de/en/spielsteine/obelisk.htmlthe houses from little Buildings https://www.spielematerial.de/en/churches-cities-settlers.htmlthe sheds from Little Buildings https://www.spielematerial.de/en/spielmaterial/spielsteine/building-kindgom-builder-power-grid.htmlLet's not forget a Big Black Pig to escape: https://www.spielematerial.de/en/spielsteine/pigs-pork.htmlCorinthians13, you have some pictures somewhere of these: https://www.spielematerial.de/en/castles.html. what do you use them for? Are there other things that I should consider? I know that there are round coin capsules that can preserve the round tokens, are there ones for the squares or pentagons?

Imagine bringing that out on the table for people who don't know the game "Trust me, it's an easy game"
I didn't want to muck up the Carc storage thread, but Willem's comment reminded me of what one of my adult kids recently said, that Catan is easier. I haven't played Catan. What do people think? How do they compare? - reminded me of something that one of my adult kids said recently:

For the purposes of the farmer bonus of the dispatches, does the barn count as a farmer? -

I know that the Inquisition on Wheel of Fortune scores for monks, but not for heretics. Question, what about Archbishops on German Cathedrals and, by extension, Abbots on gardens? I know that Abbots are C2 and Wheel of Fortune is C1, but I figure that the rules of Archbishops can be extended to Abbots? -

I ordered some stuff from Cundco for C2 on Jan 27 to be shipped to California. On the tracking, it was picked up from Cundco on Feb 3 and then left Frankfurt on Feb 4. The last entry in tracking is "The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization" At this point, there have been no updates since Feb 4. I haven't received it yet. On March 10, I emailed service@cundco.de and let them know I hadn't received the package yet. I also asked them when it would be considered lost, such that they would dispatch a replacement. I received no response. I emailed again on March 15. Again, no response yet. Anything thoughts on what next steps might be? I really would prefer not to escalate things to credit card disputes. -

I recently saw a post where it looks like the artists had signed tiles. Is there a market for this type of art somewhere? -
