The S could be referred to the S on the tile count sheet in the rules.
The base games I have has this S on the tile if I remember correctly, in the tile count sheet. Update: Yes. D at the start of that sentence is referring to the tile D where you can see the S. Basically the same as the old art rules. Question is, did they put an actual S on the tile this time. I hope not! 72
