Guys, I was checking some tiles of my first edition old art game and saw that the crossroads have a difference.

One of them has no animal on them, it seems a difference with later versions of the base game...

Hi - remembered that some tiles are flagged as having cosmetic differences and dug out my rule book for Big Box 4 (I've lent an earlier set to some friends). Sure enough the tile you mentioned is one of those referenced as such. I've had a look at my tiles and have two of each layout, two plain and two with livestock like yours.

Thanks - Just to round things off, the base sets I have looked at break down as follows:
The eight straights are are split four and four
The nine curves are split three, three and three
and the four junctions are split two and two
