Does anyone know where I can buy a set of meeples for the Castle game? I cannibalized them for fan-made expansions long ago and decided to try and get them to complete this game again.

I don't know, but I might also be interested. I just realised tonight that I am missing one of the dark meeples for the Castle. I will do a proper house search tomorrow but if I can't find it then I'm in the market for an extra piece.

So I just checked again and I realised that I didn't lose a dark follower, but rather that I have an extra light follower! I have eight light followers plus the keep. According to the rulebook there should be seven followers in each colour plus the keep.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Hmmm... I might just be short a light meeple.
