Thank you very much for your fast replies.

Logically, the stock and the prices without discount are very suspicious, but now that you have discovered there is a copy-paste of Ebay Ads, I directly dismiss it as a trusted website. The Internet is full of cheats...

Golden Rule:
If the web does not support paypal reject it without consideration.  ;)

Should the same be said of Amazon? ;)
That's an exception. We talking about UNKNOWN websites. Maybe I should be more specific. Hahaha
Probably more safety sites of very common companies there have not paypal. But PayPal is security and an important point to trust in an UNKNOWN website.
Everybody knows that Amazon has his payment system similar to PayPal, 'Amazon pay'. The 'competitor' of PayPal. But PayPal extends around almost everything in internet and Amazon doesn't. But that is another question.... XD

I won't post any specific prices in case my wife ever reads this. Divorces can be so expensive nowadays, and I'd rather put the money towards more Carc stuff...

I've probably spent as much as anyone else on some of the rarer items including a first edition with 70pt score track, Le Sac, Mueller edition (in wrap) and RGG gold edition (in wrap), base game + CC1 edition (in wrap), the original teacher meeples in all six colours (remember those?), Cathars, Tunnels, Plague  (all with magazines of course), Russian tiles, Spiel tiles and so on. I've never added it all up, and I'm not sure I want to! :-[

It isn't just about the money though. Willem was spot on earlier when he said (and I'm paraphrasing here) that people collect what matters to them and everyone's collection is different and unique because of this. I've collected a lot of things, but there are some things I've ignored, such as the first 4 BBs, as I'm just not interested in them for whatever reason.

A lot of my collection hasn't cost me anything thanks to a lot of very kind and generous people here, and I'm proud to be able to say that I've helped others to fill any gaps in their collections in the same way too. For example, I've had two sets of the Russian tiles for free, so was able to give one set away to someone else here. Generosity goes a long way!

That's right. Each one adapts his collection to his tastes and preferences. For example, the BB5 is indispensable. The rest of Big Boxes are absurd unless you have OCD and need all BB so you don't have an anxiety attack. Although I think we all here have OCD to a greater or lesser extent hahaha.

I have notice that there is a seller - with UK address - selling replica tiles sets. It appears that these are 'home made' copies of normal expansions. I assume that he is buying blank cards and copying  the tile sets on to these. Is the legal?

Nope. You should report the seller to eBay and maybe they will do something.

Nice job pointing it out! :(y) :)

Then you have to denounce Aliexpress. Good luck with this!  ;D

The Marketplace / Re: WTB: Complete set of Grey Meeples.
« on: June 13, 2019, 04:55:14 AM »
Having recently decided to adopt the Nickname of Grey Meeple (it's to do with my age). I thoght it would be fun to get a set of grey meeples to play with. Does anyone know where I can get a set? I want the full set for all the expansions.

My other option is to but a plain set and get them painted. A friend recently painted my Gingerbread Man to match the artwork in the rules. It looks so good I'm thinking of getting her to paint the Sheriff and Man Friday.

 :gray-meeple:

If you want the full set with all expansions it's difficult to find. You can try in cundco website. You can buy the standard set in grey and also buy the rest of special meeples in the separate components zone of the web. But you need to wrote the details of each piece. 0,30€ for each piece.

Love it!! So interesting!! Hope in Spain the tournament was like that and no lucky 4 players games....

It is so weird Devir adopted this format. LaplazadeCarcassonne was telling me about the struggles to change the format to 1vs1 games.
They change the final rounds into 1vs1 format. But the first phase still 4 players game... :(

General / Re: Cundco wooden meeples full set again??
« on: June 04, 2019, 08:56:54 AM »
The wooden sets left (pink and brown) do not include the ringmaster. I imagine some time in the (hopefully near) future they will re-release all of the colors with the ringmaster included. They just did this with the plastic ones, so hopefully the wood ones aren't too far behind.

That's what I think. Although perhaps here in the forum there is someone who has information closer to HiG and can advance something new... :D

Pink and Brown are both fine colors, but that is a shame. They were low priority on my own buylist, but I never thought they would disapear

Pnk and brown are also available in cundco website but only these two colours... :( Hope this year come again the full set of all wooden classic colours! :D

General / Cundco wooden meeples full set again??
« on: May 31, 2019, 07:07:36 AM »
For some time now, there has been a complete set of wooden meeples in pink and brown on the cundco website. Does anyone know if Cundco plans to edit in other colors again? A while ago they sold out in other colors but I think it's time to take them out again in blue, red, gray, white, natural ... etc
Does anyone know news from Cundco??  :-\

Thanks for the response! Would you say it is noticeable in a stack?
Yes! It is noticeable in a stack :(

I have both editions. The difference apart from the amount and type of tiles is the thickness of the tiles. The travel edition is more thicker than the für 2. But the rest of the measures are identical.
