Hello everyone,
I finally dusted off my 'complete' (less Corn Circles I and Solovei Razboynik and Vodyanoy at least) first edition Carcassonne box and organised it all.
I've read that apparently there were plans to re-realise UtBT with the original art. (http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=3031.210)
I'd be happy to even buy a copy and print replacement stickers. Does anyone know if the project ever came to fruition?
Likewise, if anyone knows if similar happened for the Watchtowers that would be great to know.

You will find an ongoing project on Carcassonne Forum (CarcF) to create an authorized C1 version of Under the Big Top. It is not finished yet, but you can find some tiles and token you can use for PnP here:

Why not sharing the UtbT tiles you create a sample game with them? The ones available contain several options for the tiles with gardens and a couple of versions for tokens. What will be your pick.

It's not a chronology of mine. It's the roadmap available on CarcF showing their progress.
They got permission from HiG to produce two conversions per year.
Although they lost some steam, it is an interesting that in cases such as The Plague they are working on updating rules and clarifying some interactions with newer expansions with the validation of HiG. A couple of examples:
* One example is the well known "once at any time during your turn you may..." that could create some conflicts and contradictions with double turns, moving plague tokens and placing outbreak tokens.
* Other topic covered may help clarify whether special figures may flee from the plague.
So I would keep an eye on the outcome. This work can become the source of new official clarifications. ;D

I understand that it takes time. But it seems strange to me that it is so slow. I think that HiG's people don't pay much attention to the subject and are more because of C2 news ...
