New "Festival" availability?

Hi all,

does anyone know if the new festival expansion (15th anniversary) will be available on cundco online shop in the next future?

Otherwise I will have to buy it along with the base game  :-\

IF I remember correctly this is one year exclusive for the local shop's. Afterwards I expect it at cundco.de
