Missing pieces in my collection.

With the recent buying of the Big Box 5, i'm missing the following parts to complete my collection:

Barn, Wagon and Mayor in purple,
Shephard in Brown
3 times Abbey tile.

How and where is the best way to get these part in Netherlands (Europe)

Do i need to put the Ersatzteile (klein) for every piece? or can i do it all at Ersatzteile (groß)?
