I apologize if this has been answered before. I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer.
Is the Meeple figure copyrighted. Is it allowable to use as part of a logo or banner?

My understanding is that yes but you'll probably be okay in practice so long as it is not "offensive" and it's not commercial. THAT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE.

From all the sites I've visited it seems like it's a safe bet you can use it for your logo or banner, provided you don't use it for financial gain.
If this is the case and as mentioned by asparagus, not offensive, if anything this is a good free publicity for them. :(y)
And then you have to take into account it's been fourteen years and there's not been a single infringement issue for private use. C:-)
