Heh, that's an interesting coincidence — I was just about to post a picture I took of the Japanese Carcassonne box on my recent trip in Japan (didn't buy it in the end, too much other things to carry with me) :gray-meeple:

Board games can be tricky to find over there. Best spots seem to be the Yellow Submarine stores, though I also spotted some games at BIC Camera.
