Yes I received my Wind Roses at Burg Konradsheim last year.
It was a fan-meeting with Klaus-Juergen Wrede and the Carcassonne-on-Tour.

Carcassonne-Freunde duerfen sich freuen: "Die Windrosen", bestehend aus 6 Standteilen, ist eine Erweiterung, die es bisher nur auf einer Carcassonne-Tour gab. Nun liegt sie auch der spielbox bei :-). Auch hier gibt es die Regeln im Heft und spaeter zum Downloaden.

That's a bit disappointing, I was hoping for something original from Spielbox. Especially since The Wind Roses is confirmed to be released on Cundco in November.

Oh well, that will teach me for pre-ordering the magazine!
