Title: IA players freeze

Hello,

I play with IA. With versions 4.1.0 and 4.0.2 sometimes the IA player does not put a tile, therefore I have to leave the game.

With 3.4.2 version that issue does not occur.

Can be caused by lot of 4.x rewrite regressions related to (not only) Abbey and Mayor.
Sorry for inconvenience, this is price for big app rewrite needed to future development (when future means eg already added Count expansion)
Lot of issues is addressed in 4.2.0 which should be much more stable. (will be out soon)
