Can I get HD tiles from somewhere?

I found some fan-made expansion used high resolution tiles,almost 600*600px.
I'm curious about where are these original tiles come from.
Does all these tiles painted by themselves,or official website had provided some HD tiles to download?

The basic: Scan your tiles with 600 dpi
The extras: Paint some extra graphics or reuse parts of the scans etc.

I see,it seems I need real tiles first.
