It's clear:
Who is cheating will lose his trophy as the winner of a championship.
That certainly seems to be the case.
The main reason I was interested in this though, is that regardless of what actually happened (I don't suppose we'll ever know for sure), whether innocent mistakes can be made that some people would see as cheating, even if they weren't intentional. Not saying that this is what happened here, but it still raises the question.
Somebody said that the main difference between cheating and making a mistake is your intention, but since it's impossible to tell what someone's intention was other than by asking them this can rarely help settle whether someone has cheated or not.
