I translated the descriptions of the castles over on the castles thread along with the rules. Check it out - it's a great read.

Are the English translated rules a cool sheet like the German one, or just plain text on the forum? :)

I would love to print out a "sheet" like the ones that comes with the tiles. =^_^= But English, of course.

It's on my TODO list - I was just waiting for some technical input on terminology; that and another Carcassonne project I'm working on is getting in the way  :(y)  Won't be long now!

A HAUL from the cundco shop:

Used all the Eggs (rotten as well): Ordered a plushie, The shepards, some stickers and 2 blank tiles.  They packed in a load of extra stickers :)

Not to step on Decar's toes, but I haven't been able to check in here for a few days, so I'm late to the conversation. However, I have just completed my English translation of the German Castles rules sheet, and I'll post a link to it shortly.

Consider my toes retracted.  :(y)

I thought someone with better skills in these areas would do a better job.  I'm just glad a few people got to use what I did though.

This is probably the wrong post for this chat though; so no doubt it will carry on on the Castle's thread!

Interesting that you'd consider your collection incomplete without the 12-in-1 Count tile. Or did you not have the normal Count tiles before this?

I did have The Count before and I wouldn't consider the big tile an essential part of a complete collection. I have just personally wanted that tile since the moment I saw it!

I know what you mean. I've had to start blindfolding myself before visiting here as it can get too expensive otherwise...

Should I start feeling bad now for contributing to the completist syndrome...  :o
